What kind of data is collected, stored and processed?
Contact "form”: via the form we collect personal data (first and last name of the sender, telephone number and email address). If you send the form with your data, you agree to the 6a article "General Regulation on Data Protection". We use this data exclusively for processing your messages sent to us via the contact form. We only store them until the enquiry has been clarified or you request to delete them. We do not collect any other personal data via this website.
Exchange of data
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the contact form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We only share this data with third parties who are exclusively our trusted business partners in relevant cases or in cases with your consent or if the legal basis permits this. The exchange of data will take place in an orderly manner and not for the purpose of acquiring or marketing personal data. In case of a dangerous breach of your rights to the security of your data, we will inform you immediately. If necessary, such cases will be reported to the Data Protection Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. This website is supported by service providers (IT maintenance) located in countries outside the European Economic Area. In these countries, different laws on data protection are likely to apply. In the company Farm Grofija, Marija Majda Vrhovec, the measures that are in accordance with the Data Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia apply.
